At Lerato Community Initiative, we are committed to creating a future where under-served youth have the opportunities, support, and resources they need to thrive. We tackle systemic inequalities through life coaching, mentoring, restorative justice practices, and employment opportunities.
Our mission is to empower young people with the skills, confidence, and resilience to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their full potential. Through our in-person and online programmes, holiday camps, and community workshops, we foster personal growth, leadership, and belonging.
By working collaboratively with young people, families, and communities, we are building a more just, inclusive, and empowered society—one young person at a time.
